  • How long would I have to wait to get my drawings back?

    This depends heavily on the size and complexity of the project. We'll always make sure to check if your deadline is tight or not and work accordingly, but job ETA should be advised case by case.

  • How do we start the drawing process?

    First, please reach out through the "Quotation Request" button on the home page, or send us a quick email with your details and a brief summary of what's required. The more information you can gather at this stage, the better for us to understand the project.

    If a kick-off meeting is required to fully understand the scope of work, we can easily arrange this.

    Then, we would provide a quote for approval that usually includes one review, to make sure your needs were successfully fulfilled, and start working.

    We'll be actively communicative, reaching out for further questions along the way, or to let you know how the project is travelling.

    When the project is done, you'll receive an invoice for the actual hours worked (tracked) or quotation value, whatever is lowest.

  • Do you visit construction site to take measurements?

    No. All site measurements must be provided by client or qualified third party. We are responsible only for producing drawings based on the information supplied.

  • What information do I need to provide to start the project?

    We will need at least, accurate site measurements, reference images, sketches, existing plans (if available) or screenshots of plan views. If you can provide more relevant information, that's all is welcomed.

  • What format are the drawings delivered in?

    Drawings are delivered digitally, typically in PDF or DWG format, unless otherwise agreed.

  • What happens if I cancel the project after work has started?

    You will be invoiced for all hours worked up to the cancellation point. Refunds are not available.

  • Do you share my documents with anyone?

    We only share your documents with trusted service providers when necessary and customer has approved to do so. We do not sell or trade your information.
